Upgrade Google Docs

Description
Google Docs, right now, is unwieldy as an analysis tool, but the most effective means of documentation.

Rationale
To save time, Performance team would like to modify Google Docs by putting in forumlas and more pages, so that it can be more effectively used as an analysis tool. The method and specific implementation of this proposal is uncertain as of yet, and it is unlikely to be implemented before Octopus is fully functional.

Objectives

1. Automatically collect and synthesize data, making data analysis that much easier
2. Automatically report loan eligibility, making it easier for our Loan Officer to judge re-applications.
